Frequently Asked Questions
-
Most brides reach out 9 to 14 months before their wedding date. Peak season Saturdays — May through October — often book a year or more in advance. If your date is sooner, please still inquire; I occasionally have openings, and last-minute bookings are welcomed.
-
After you submit an inquiry, I'll personally reply within 48 hours with availability and a custom proposal. From there, your date is secured upon a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer. The balance is due closer to your wedding date.
-
A Bridal Preview is included in The Full Day Experience, and recommended — though not required — for The Bridal Look. The Preview is when we discover your signature aesthetic together, and it ensures your wedding morning feels effortless rather than exploratory.
-
For weekday and off-season Sunday bookings, date changes are accommodated when the calendar permits, with the retainer transferring to your new date. For Saturday and peak Sunday bookings (April through October), retainers are non-transferable and non-refundable — your date represents reserved time that cannot be replaced. Cancellations forfeit the retainer in all cases. Full terms are outlined in your agreement.
Booking & Process

-
The Full Day Experience includes one assistant. For smaller bookings, an assistant is added when your party calls for it. Assistant deployment fees are itemized clearly in your proposal.
-
The Full Day Experience includes unlimited touch-ups from ceremony through send-off. For shorter bookings, touch-ups can be added through The Evening Reveal — an extended coverage option for SF and Daly City weddings.
-
For each artist's station, please arrange one table and two standard chairs in a well-lit area — natural light is ideal. I'll bring everything else, including lighting, a mirror, and the full kit. Final setup details are confirmed with you and your planner before the wedding.

Six to ten weeks before your wedding is the sweet spot. Close enough to match your final hair color and skin condition, with enough buffer to refine the look if anything changes.
